1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for eligible items with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) issued within 7 days of delivery and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to safety or regulatory reasons. These items include but are not limited to:
- Electrical components
- Glass Items
- Special orders or custom-made items
- Items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on our website
2. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once your return request is approved and you receive an RA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the refund eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-12 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account, depending on your financial institution
4. Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that are opened, used, or returned after the specified return period.
- Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our restocking fee policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Status
- You can check the status of your refund by contacting our customer service team and providing your RA number and order details.
7. Exceptions
- Refunds for certain orders, such as custom-made or special-order items, may be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with such orders.
