Return Policy
At Apex Autoparts, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery, as specified in your order confirmation.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)
- Every return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To acquire an RMA number, please contact our customer care staff by email or phone.
- Returns sent with an RMA number will be accepted and processed.
3.Return Process
- Once your return request is approved and you receive an RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside.
- Please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- When we get the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure that they match the return eligibility requirements.
4.Refund or Exchange
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the transaction, minus any applicable restocking, return shipping, or processing costs.
- Alternatively, please indicate the desired replacement item when initiating your return if you prefer an exchange.
5.Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to safety or regulatory reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Electrical components such as Wires etc
- Glass Items
- Special orders or custom-made items
- Items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on our website or the invoice.
6.Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us right once to arrange for a replacement or refund.
7.Restocking Fees
- Certain returns, particularly those that are opened, used, or returned after the specified return period, may attract a restocking fee.
- Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our restocking fee policy.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. While we strive to accommodate cancellations whenever possible, please review the following guidelines
1.Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for options to return the item(s) for a refund.
2.Cancellation Process
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your communication
- Our team will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request and provide further instructions if applicable
3.Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee of upto 25% of the order value may apply to canceled orders that have already been processed or prepared for shipment
- Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our restocking fee policy.
4.Canceled Orders with Payment
- If your order has been canceled but payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5.Exceptions:
- Certain orders, particularly custom-made or special-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with such orders.
